This hotel is good, and has fast wi-fi, luggage storage, and a 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards during my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend this hotel and will return for Christmas.

Thoroughly enjoyed its genuinely helpful and very amiable staff.
We had a very nice stay and can recommend it to all. The view from our double room was beautiful. The breakfast was more than adequate, variety of AMAZING food. Free Wi-Fi was excellent and the service was very good. Moreover, the hotel was close to a tram station.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and effective air conditioning for a good night's sleep. Staff members provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. There were a couple of drawbacks, such as limited breakfast options and some noise from nearby streets that impacted sleep quality.

The rooftop offers fantastic views, perfect for a glass of wine overlooking the Bosphorus. The rooms have unique designs, with a sizable seating area and well-maintained bathrooms.
Figuring out the AC/Heating system was a hassle. The unit turned off with open windows, annoying during the warmer days. Sound isolation needs improvement, as I could clearly hear neighbors, especially during showers and flushing, which detracted from the comfort of my stay.

Delicious breakfast offerings served in a good gazebo.
While my overall experience was pleasant, there were a few drawbacks. I found some mold in the corners of the shower, made me a bit uncomfortable. The sound isolation within the building was poor. I could hear neighbors quite clearly, especially during the night which disturbed my sleep. I was also disappointed that the rooftop terrace did not have the expected views, as it was covered and felt cramped.

Fantastic location with helpful staff
I enjoyed my stay, especially due to the fantastic location just a quick stroll from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were supportive , providing advice on local transport and recommendations for great places to eat nearby. The breakfast was a daily treat with fresh and varied options. One area for improvement could be the sound insulation, as I could hear noise from the street sometimes.

good stay but needs small improvements
The staff set a high standard with their amazing attention to detail. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and historical sites. The Dinner Cruise I booked through them was organized beautifully. I especially appreciated the city view from my room.
The room felt smaller than expected.
